KR ID Construction Sdn Bhd was formed in April 2015 and began operations almost immediately. Our nature of business is doing renovation from residential to commercial, renovation to new construction. We provide one-stop solution for civil construction and interior requirements.

How We work

Concept
During the first consultation our qualified interior designers will assess the property, review and consult on house plans and discuss your project requirements in detail. By communicating with you, we will determine your specific needs for the space, including the function of each room, layout options, aesthetics preference, must haves, and your wish list.

Design
Before proceeding with the time-consuming
2D and 3D drawings, we require an initial payment. During the Concept stage of the design process, we will survey the property and produce 3D concept drawings for your project.

Development
A detailed quotation and scope of works for the project are then issued. To start the carpentry and renovation works, we require client approval and sign-off on all drawings and specifications, as well as a progressive payment based on the total project cost. At this stage, we will also discuss the proposed timeline for construction and coordinate the project from start to finish.
